Job summary

Leidos is seeking a System Network Administrator to support IT systems across headquarters and enterprise. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks, with on-site support.

The candidate will provide Tier I and II support, assist users, and contribute to documentation while collaborating with a small team. A technical degree and TS/SCI clearance are required, with multiple certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Five years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Must hold one of: CompTIA Security+, MTA-IT, MCSA/MCITP, A+, Network+, Storage+.

Responsibilities

• On-site support 0800-1600 Monday through Friday.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance for IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification and resolution.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Unlock user accounts, reset passwords, PKI import/renewal, data transfers and VPN access.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Develop and update SOPs and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation support and problem resolution.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Use a ticketing system, document repository, and customer tools.
