Job summary

Leidos has a new System Network Administrator role in the Intelligence Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The person will support IT systems, perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalation, and work closely with users from the headquarters and enterprise networks.

A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required, with a degree in a technical field and relevant certifications. The position involves on-site work, standard business hours, and accountability for system performance, documentation, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Candidates must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Relevant certifications include CompTIA Security+, MTA-IT, MCSA-DT Windows 7/8, MCITP, and A+/Network+/Storage+.

Responsibilities

• On-site support from 0800-1600, Monday to Friday.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support.
• Troubleshoot and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Assist users with access, PKI imports/renewals, and data transfers.
• Develop SOPs and troubleshooting documentation.
• Escalate issues and communicate status to management and customers.
• Manage system performance and capacity planning.

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
