Job summary

Amazon Web Services seeks a Sr. Technical Account Manager (AI/ML) for National Security in the US, MD, Jessup. You will own the technical trajectory for classified workloads, partnering with customers and AWS service teams to ensure mission readiness and secure cloud architectures.

You will engage with senior government stakeholders, lead architecture reviews, and drive AI/ML adoption while maintaining an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Travel ~10%+ supports customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 5+ years of technical work experience.
• Familiarity with modern patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and prompt engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with deep-dive architecture reviews.
• Design secure cloud solutions meeting the security and compliance demands of classified workloads.
• Drive proactive risk management to surface emerging risks and resolve issues before production.
• Accelerate adoption of AI/ML services like SageMaker, Bedrock, and ECS/EKS into workflows.
• Represent the customer inside AWS across service teams, escalation paths, and roadmaps.
