Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a National Sea Logistics Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing projects across the U.S. Sea Logistics network.

You will manage from scope to go-live, coordinating operations, technical teams, and stakeholders in multiple countries, with approximately 20% travel and occasional early/late meetings to fit global time zones. You will own project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communications, while ensuring seamless go-live,

Qualifications

• Established project management experience leading complex, customer-facing implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Sea Logistics implementation projects from scope to handoff.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system and data integration activities tied to customer implementations.
• Guide projects through go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and handoff.
