A leading logistics company is seeking an entry-level recruiter to establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This full-time position offers a base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates and business partners.
• Understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Generate candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations and interview progress in the ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll be doing

• Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs
• Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy

What you need

• 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience preferred, but not required
