Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring a recruiter to join our in-office team in Birmingham, AL. You will own the full candidate search process, from sourcing to offer, with best-in-class paid training and a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

With base pay starting at $50,000 and uncapped bonuses, TQL offers promotional raises and a clear path to leadership. Military veterans encouraged to apply; 100% in-office role with strong relationship-building and communication expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience.
• Elite work ethic and willingness to work 100% in-office.
• Ability to work with the latest recruiting technologies.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill roles.
• Generate high-volume candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations and interview progress in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
