Total Quality Logistics in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end candidate search and interview process, partnering with an on-site hiring manager to fill roles with top talent.

You will generate a high volume of candidate flow, conduct phone screens, and guide candidates through onboarding, using Avature to track progress. Prior recruiting experience and a results-driven mindset are valued.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers and team members to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high volume candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer; ensure smooth onboarding.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding and dispositioning paperwork with accuracy.

What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates' initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
