Position: National Recruiter (Sales Recruiter)

As a National Sales Recruiter at Jackson Therapy Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting talented healthcare professionals with life-changing opportunities across the nation. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
• Cultivating strong relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.
• Negotiating placement packages to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Providing ongoing support to traveling clinicians to maintain retention and build future pipelines.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
