Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Travel Therapy Recruiter to connect therapy professionals with travel opportunities nationwide. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement, build a robust pipeline, and develop long-term clinician relationships that drive repeat assignments.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll negotiate compensation, meet production goals, and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred in travel healthcare or therapy staffing.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines and develop long-term relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment and placement lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach through offers, placements, and redeployment.
• Build and manage a pipeline of travel therapy professionals through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Develop long-term relationships with clinicians that lead to repeat assignments, referrals, and retention.
• Serve as a trusted career advisor to therapy professionals navigating travel opportunities nationwide.
• Negotiate compensation and placement packages that create value for clinicians and clients.
• Meet and exceed individual production and performance goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with clinicians throughout their assignments to drive satisfaction and future placements.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through assignment completion.

Jackson Therapy Partners is looking for a Travel Therapy Recruiter to connect physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other therapy professionals with travel opportunities nationwide.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred; travel healthcare or therapy staffing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines and develop long-term relationships.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates, opportunities, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and/or ATS platforms.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in our Maitland, Florida office.
