Integrity, LLC, based in Dallas, Texas, seeks a National Sales Marketer to drive sales and revenue for assigned agents and agencies. You will track weekly KPI targets, manage phone times, follow-ups, and activation rates to meet business goals.

You will build strong relationships with agents, understand carriers and products, and clearly communicate the advantages of partnering with Integrity. You will support development of sales processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience or related experience.
• Previous experience in insurance, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to present sales and training materials effectively to large groups in person, over the phone, and via virtual platforms.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Marketing/Sales Support to agents/agencies
• Build relationships for continued success with agents/agencies
• Have a full understanding of Carriers and products that are being supported through the role
• Ability to communicate the advantages of doing business with Integrity, Carriers and products that are supported by role
• Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
• Achieve KPI's on a weekly basis to strive for company goals
• Support Agent Success VP in defining department strategy for sales and success
• Work with other Agent Success Managers in other departments to maximize the overall company value
• Continue to educate yourself on the industry
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
