Job summary

System One seeks a Sales Manager to lead the United States distribution for a global power tool manufacturer. The role requires 5+ years of selling experience, strong relationship building, and deep knowledge of distribution channels.

Travel 40-50% domestically, with potential international trips, and relocation to the Southern California headquarters preferred. The Sales Manager will direct sales activities, coordinate with rep groups, and oversee budget, margins and P&L.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling experience in manufacturing preferred.

• Solid knowledge of distribution channels and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage sales activities to achieve targets and control expenses.
• Collaborate with Rep groups to maximize opportunities with customers.
• Budget sales, margins and expenses; manage P&L.
• Analyze market needs, volumes and pricing; advise Product Development/Marketing on conditions.
• Prepare and conduct customer presentations; qualify customer needs.
