AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks a National Sales Manager for a Garfield Heights, OH building products manufacturer. You will lead national sales strategy, grow revenue, and manage key accounts across the country with cross-functional collaboration.

This onsite role requires 5+ years in outside sales or key account management, with travel 6–9 days per month. Base salary is $90,000–$105,000 annually, plus a quarterly/year-end bonus and a car allowance, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales, territory or key account management.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow national accounts.
• Willingness to travel 6–9 days per month for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and new customer acquisition.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with national accounts, key accounts, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors in the construction and building products markets.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships through strategic account management and territory development.
• Develop sales opportunities involving precast concrete, concrete accessories, and related construction products.
• Manage outside sales activities, territory sales plans, customer prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and account reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, customer service, and leadership teams to support customer requirements and sales objectives.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry trade shows, and construction market events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the concrete construction and building materials industries.
