Job Title: National Sales Manager (USA)

Location: Remote - USA (Ideally based in California)

Compensation: Fixed salary of $140,000 - $170,000 with an OTE of $300,000 - $350,000

About the Opportunity:

We are exclusively partnered with a leading Collaborative Robotics manufacturer to find a talented and driven National Sales Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge company in the fast-growing factory automation and robotics industry. The successful candidate will be an experienced hunter salesperson with a passion for technology and sales, and a track record of driving business growth in the USA market.

As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and represent a leading robotics brand in the USA. This is an individual contributor role where you will be expected to work independently while managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers in the Factory Automation space.
  • Technical Sales: Leverage your technical expertise to explain the benefits and applications of Collaborative Robotics solutions to customers.
  • Industry Leadership: Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in robotics and automation, keeping up with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical sales within the Factory Automation industry, ideally for an Industrial or Collaborative Robotics OEM.
  • Education: A technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in hunting new business, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and effectively managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding of robotics and automation solutions, with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Location: Ideal location is California, with the flexibility to work remotely.
