Job summary

Allen Lund Company in the United States is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive a national revenue portfolio without geographic limits. You’ll develop shipper relationships, expand strategic accounts, and lead with uncapped commission.

You’ll work with experienced brokers and operations to deliver superior service, leverage our employee-owned culture, and shape growth across Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in non-asset-based 3PL sales with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of Dry Van, Refrigerated, Flatbed, and/or LTL markets.
• Ability to prospect, understand customer needs, communicate value, negotiate, and close.
• Independent initiative with collaborative mindset across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy for sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new shipper opportunities across multiple truckload modes.
• Build a national pipeline without geographic territory limits.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer networks and objectives.
• Create tailored proposals and presentations communicating value and capabilities.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase load volume and revenue.
• Collaborate with brokerage and operations to ensure exceptional service.
