Allen Lund Company is seeking a National Sales Manager to develop a nationwide portfolio without geographic limits. You will build relationships, close major accounts, and drive revenue with an uncapped commission structure, backed by an employee-owned culture and strong operational support.

You will lead strategy, prospect new shippers, and collaborate with brokers and ops to deliver superior service while leveraging technology for market insights and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in non-asset-based 3PL sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dry Van, Refrigerated, Flatbed, and/or LTL.
• Proven ability to prospect, communicate value, negotiate, and close business.
• Independent with collaboration across brokerage, operations, and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new shipper opportunities across multiple modes.
• Build a national pipeline without geographic territorial limits.
