Pivotal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a New Business Development Manager in the US to win national retail display and packaging programs for a leading manufacturer. You will develop relationships with brand owners, marketing, procurement, and packaging decision-makers across North America to deliver design-led packaging solutions.

The role emphasizes hunting for new business, selling to major consumer brands, and managing a national territory with regular travel.

Formación

• Hunter with proven success in POP/POS, retail display or packaging.
• Experience selling into major consumer brands and retail accounts.
• Track record of winning new programs with CPG or consumer goods customers.
• Background selling design-led packaging rather than commodity corrugated.
• Experience at firms such as Smurfit WestRock (Display), Menasha, Pratt Display, Great Northern, Georgia-Pacific Display, Vanguard Packaging, or similar is highly desirable.
• Comfortable owning a national territory autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business across retail display and packaging.
• Develop relationships with brand owners, marketing teams, procurement, and packaging decision-makers.
• Sell bespoke, design-led packaging and display programs.
• Target marketing, shopper marketing, packaging development, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with national accounts.
• Work with structural design, estimating, and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage a national territory with regular travel.
