Qualificações

• Significant B2B sales leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop North American Medical Education sales strategy for MD, DO, and PA programs.
• Achieve new business revenue and product targets by acquiring institutional customers.
• Build a healthy pipeline and lead complex institutional opportunities.
• Improve sales productivity, territory performance, and market share.
• Partner with Academic Success Managers to pursue whitespace, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Set standards for qualification, progression, close planning, CRM discipline, forecasting, and reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing B2B sales professionals.
• Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
