Job summary

Elsevier seeks a National Sales Manager for Medical Education to lead a high‑performing B2B sales team across North American MD/DO/PA programs, expanding digital learning and assessment solutions.

You will build strategy, nurture executive relationships with institutional customers, collaborate with Academic Success, Marketing, Product, and Content, and achieve revenue targets while guiding hiring, coaching, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading B2B sales teams.
• Experience in SaaS or digital learning environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of higher education or healthcare education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American Medical Education sales strategy for MD/DO/PA programs.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing B2B sales team with pipeline development, forecasting, execution, and quota achievement.
• Collaborate with Academic Success Managers and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Product, Strategy, Content).
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and drive upselling and cross‑selling to expand footprint.
• Travel to client sites and represent the company in key institutional negotiations.
