Qualificações

• Proven experience leading national or multi-region sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Experience managing RSMs, territory sales professionals or outside reps preferred.
• Strong forecast and performance management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a national sales team of ~12 professionals including RSMs and outside reps.
• Develop and execute strategies focused on revenue, account, territory, and category growth.
• Set goals and ensure accountability across the sales organization.
• Coach sales leaders and reps to improve performance across territories.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and win new business.
• Shape the company’s broader sales strategy with executive leadership.
• Evaluate territories and opportunities to drive growth and optimize performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and other areas to support sales initiatives.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events; travel as needed.
