Job summary

TA Resources is seeking a driven National Sales Manager for CreteFx epoxy coatings to lead nationwide sales efforts from the Wheeling, IL area. You will build relationships with contractors and distributors, expand the wholesale network, and serve as the field's go-to technical expert on CreteFx product specifications and applications.

The role requires hands-on coating knowledge, a track record of meeting sales targets, the ability to travel up to 50%, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales in coatings, construction chemicals, or related materials.
• Proven ability to sell technically to contractors and distributors.
• Hands-on experience with epoxy coatings, concrete prep, or flooring systems.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in national/regional roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive national sales for CreteFx epoxy coatings to contractors and distributors.
• Develop and close new business opportunities with contractors, applicators, and resellers.
• Expand distributor network by onboarding new wholesale partners.
• Provide field training, demonstrations, and technical support on-site.
