Uncharted Learning, NFP seeks a strategic National Sales Director with a passion for education and proven leadership to inspire and develop a distributed sales team. You will drive revenue growth, build plans, and shape partnerships with school districts.

Lead a cross-functional team, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and ensure strong CRM usage. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits with remote work options are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading sales teams and delivering growth.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder K-12 district sales.
• Ability to develop sales plans, forecast, and manage pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own total revenue across new member acquisition, growth, and renewals.
• Develop the annual sales plan, targets, territory plan, and account coverage model.
• Translate annual goals into individual quotas, priorities, and actionable plans.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a geographically distributed sales team.
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of trust and accountability.
• Engage directly in complex, high-value deals with district leaders.
• Own and improve a scalable sales process; drive CRM health and forecasting.
• Lead pipeline reviews to identify risks and keep deals moving forward.
• Represent the organization at conferences and partner with Marketing.
