Job summary

UnboundEd is seeking a Regional Director to cultivate partnerships and grow high-quality program engagements nationwide. The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and involves guiding districts toward impactful professional learning experiences and equity-focused outcomes.

The position is remote across the United States with core hours 9am–5pm local time and up to 40% travel. A bachelor’s degree is required and 5+ years of quota-attainment experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with quota attainment.
• Proven track record of exceeding $2M in annual quota.
• Remote, US-based role with up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Identify top prospects and generate opportunities through insights.
• Provide strategic consulting to district partners to meet instructional objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline; manage accounts in CRM.
• Lead customer meetings and drive engagement and partnerships.
• Stay current on industry trends and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
