What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify and develop national customer accounts, securing long-term partnerships and service agreements
  2. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across national accounts
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the fleet maintenance and logistics sectors
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with national fleet accounts to ensure favorable agreements
  5. Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting and goal tracking

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in fleet maintenance, transportation, or logistics
  2. Established relationships within the fleet services, trucking, or transportation sector
  3. Strong consultative selling, contract negotiation, and account management skills
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  5. Excellent presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
