Position overview:

We’re looking for an ambitious National Sales Director to lead and grow our business at the national level across the United States with large, enterprise clients. In this sales-focused role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth nationwide. This role offers a competitive base salary and a highly rewarding commission structure, presenting substantial earning potential. Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a national sales plan, identifying growth opportunities across multiple markets and employing effective strategies to exceed revenue goals.
  2. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients across the U.S., offering tailored staffing solutions that meet their unique needs.
  3. Lead Generation: Use cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently generate and qualify new leads nationwide.
  4. Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities in light industrial and skilled trades sectors on a national scale.
  5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrating the value of our platform and how our staffing solutions address client challenges.
  6. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities across the U.S. to refine your sales strategy.
  7. Nationwide Travel: Travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and foster relationships that drive national sales growth.
  8. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience selling staffing solutions at a national level —specifically in light industrial and skilled trades, or related industries.
  2. Established network and strong industry relationships to drive new business opportunities and accelerate growth.
  3. Demonstrated success selling into large, complex onsite accounts or similar high-volume staffing models across multiple regions.
  4. Experience managing the full sales cycle and successfully closing deals with clients spanning multiple states.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales quotas while earning performance-based incentives.
  7. Ability and willingness to travel extensively (25%-50%) across the United States to engage clients, drive business development, and expand market presence.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, strategic approach to sales and business growth.
