Job summary

Hearst Television is seeking a detail-oriented National Sales Specialist to support our national sales team and process advertising contracts for WPTZ/WNNE in Vermont and Northern New York.

You will coordinate campaign scheduling, obtain creative materials, and prepare sales support materials, ensuring campaigns run accurately and efficiently. The role reports to the National Sales Manager / General Sales Manager and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Traffic and Programming functions and support daily operations.
• Assist scheduling campaigns and coordinating creative materials and orders.
• Develop sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
• Coordinate program grids and maintain accurate program schedules.
