Hearst Television's WPTZ/WNNE, NBC5, seeks an organized National Sales Specialist to support the national sales team. You will process advertising contracts, coordinate scheduling and launches, obtain creative materials, and prepare sales support materials.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Reports to the National Sales Manager/General Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with broadcast traffic software (WideOrbit) preferred.
• Prior television advertising sales or media industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain national advertising orders in WideOrbit and related systems.
• Coordinate scheduling of campaigns and launches with internal teams.
• Assist with developing sales proposals and client presentations.
• Prepare sales support materials and maintain organized records of program schedules.
