Job summary

Just Ingredients seeks a National Account Manager to drive RTD energy and protein beverages into convenience stores nationwide. The role requires senior relationships with national/regional chains and distributors, driving new distribution, and negotiating terms at the chain level.

The candidate will lead cross-functional efforts with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver growth, manage accounts, and represent the brand at industry events. Hybrid/field-based with national travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CPG sales with national or regional reach.
• Proven relationships with C-store buyers or distributor executives at the national level.
• Experience securing new national distribution and negotiating chain-level terms.
• Strong knowledge of category management, planogram, and trade economics.
• RTD/energy beverage experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with buyers, category managers, and HQ-level decision-makers.
• Lead distributor and wholesaler partnerships (Core-Mark, McLane, H.T. Hackney, etc.).
• Identify and secure new national C-store banners for the RTD portfolio.
• Negotiate pricing, trade terms, slotting, and promotions.
• Develop category strategies and lead LTO/promotional programs.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing for execution.
• Maintain CRM records and report on performance to leadership.
