Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Site Quality Specialist to oversee nationwide renewable projects. The role is based in Kansas City, MO with travel to construction sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have managed quality processes for solar, battery storage, and renewable construction projects. Responsibilities include leading ITP development, site inspections, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 8+ years of quality experience in renewable projects preferred.
• 3 notable renewable projects should be cited when discussing experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparatory meetings to communicate contractual requirements to subcontractors to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
• Evaluate the quality program implementation and address nonconforming processes with the project team.
• Inspect fabricated/installed products to confirm compliance with project specs and drawings; document results.
• Evaluate installation activities and participate in look-ahead meetings to discuss upcoming complexities.
• Review quality verification documents to ensure all attributes are addressed and compliant with specs.
• Generate daily inspection reports and update databases to track status, results, and metrics.
• Lead quality orientation on project sites and conduct client/subcontractor quality meetings as needed.
• Recommend enhancements to the Quality Management System and ensure adherence to safety standards.
