Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to guide site QA/QC teams and ensure compliance with project requirements across renewable energy construction sites. This is a full-time, permanent role demanding strong leadership, quality systems knowledge, and the ability to travel to multiple project locations.

You will monitor quality activities, participate in pre-bid and monthly construction meetings, and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Quality/Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quality at management level.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on active energy construction site.
• Must understand QA/QC processes (NCR/RCA/CAPA Mgmt., CI Tools, Calibration, etc.).
• Familiar with welding, fabrication, machining and corrosion protection.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
• Attend pre bid meetings and monthly construction meetings.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capacity.
