Job summary

RWE Americas is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead site quality across projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and deployment of quality directives. You will guide site QA/QC Managers and drive continuous improvement.

This office-based role includes occasional travel to RWE locations. Requires a 4-year degree in Quality/Electrical/Mechanical engineering, 4+ years of quality management on active energy construction sites, and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (or equivalent) in Quality/Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quality discipline at management level
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on active Energy Construction site
• Must be disciplined in renewable energy: Wind, Solar and Battery storage
• Quality methodology knowledge and experience required
• Trained in QA/QC processes (NCR/RCA/CAPA Mgmt., CI Tools, Calibration, etc.)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams

Responsibilities

• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Attend pre bid meetings
• Attend monthly construction meetings
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English
• Ability to observe quality trends and address them
• Multi-task and coordinate with multiple tasks and deliverables
