Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Director of Remarketing to set the national strategy for retired fleet vehicle disposals and lead a team to deliver results across all channels. Based in the Dallas area with a hybrid schedule, travel is required for auctions and partner relations.

The role emphasizes data-driven pricing, KPI accountability, and leadership of Regional Auction Managers, with strong negotiation and logistics experience.

Competenze

• College degree is a plus but not required.
• Equivalency: hands-on industry experience valued over formal education.
• Industry experience in remarketing for fleet, commercial, lease, or OEM sectors.
• Rental car remarketing across multiple states and auctions valued.

Mansioni

• Lead national remarketing strategy for Fox Rent A Car fleet across the United States.
• Direct and develop Regional Auction Managers handling auction and dealer sales.
• Serve as primary liaison for third-party remarketing partners.
• Drive disposal strategies across direct, auction, digital, and upstream channels.
• Own price achievement and speed of sale metrics across channels.
• Establish and monitor monthly disposition targets and KPIs.
• Utilize AutoIMS and Manheim data to forecast residual values and pricing.
• Oversee transportation logistics tied to vehicle disposition.
• Manage multiple disposal channels and external partnerships.
