Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with real-time monitoring tools and operational systems.
Proven ability to lead and coach a performance-driven sales team.

Responsibilities
