Job summary

STRIVE is expanding its reentry programming to serve more individuals returning from incarceration. You will help review existing models, redesign curriculum, and codify best practices into a replicable playbook.

The role involves coordinating with senior leadership, developing expansion plans, and enabling new sites to implement with fidelity. Ideal candidates have a background in nonprofit program design, strong partnership skills, and a commitment to social equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–7 years in nonprofit program expansion or replication.
• Knowledge of reentry programs, criminal justice challenges, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience building partnerships with government agencies and community organizations.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to develop program playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine program components and service delivery based on best practices.
• Develop strategic plans for expanding reentry services with KPIs and timelines.
• Train site teams and provide ongoing support to ensure faithful implementation.
• Represent STRIVE in reentry coalitions and cultivate external partnerships.
