A key area of this work is expanding our programming for individuals returning from incarceration. Building on the success of our New York City model, STRIVE aims to help more individuals successfully navigate their transition home and accelerate their path toward careers that provide a living wage and economic mobility.
This new role, the National Reentry Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Program Supports, is an exciting opportunity for an experienced program professional. As National Reentry Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the codification and replication of our successful reentry program model and assisting with its effective implementation in new locations. Responsibilities will include supporting research to identify and inform best practices, contributing to the development of replication strategies, assisting with partnership coordination, and providing ongoing training and technical assistance to help new site teams effectively implement the reentry program model. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of reentry services, and a passion for making a positive impact on individuals transitioning from incarceration. Most be fully vaccinated against COVID at the time of hire.
Requirements
The position operates within a hybrid work week, with in-person days at one of our STRIVE program locations. There is the potential for regular travel to existing STRIVE office locations and new expansion locations.
