Job summary

GoldCoast Energy Solutions is seeking a high-energy Energy Industry Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical, engineering, field operations, and project delivery talent across the energy spectrum. You will build candidate pipelines, verify safety credentials, and work closely with Account Managers to meet client submittal deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using ATS/CRM databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Conduct in-depth phone/video interviews to assess technical fit and safety records.
• Verify certifications and training (OSHA, TWIC, NERC, HazWoper) and licenses.
• Manage multiple requisitions across energy sub-sectors and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Package candidate profiles with salary expectations and mobilization readiness; support offers and onboarding.
