Job summary

SGF Global is seeking a Junior Recruiter for the US market to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain positive candidate experiences while partnering with account managers and sales teams.

This role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, blue-collar talent, and compliance with hiring policies. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to build strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Source Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and overall qualifications.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with account managers and sales teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
• Promote Employer Brand: Showcase our culture, values, and opportunities throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal requirements and internal hiring policies.
• Manage Data: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and nurture a strong network of candidates for current and future openings.
• Support Candidates: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
• Meet Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets related to candidate outreach, calls, emails, and engagement activities.
