You will own the full recruiting process, partner with sales and hiring teams, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates. If you bring 2+ years of recruiting experience and strong communication skills, this high-growth team has room to grow with you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, fast-paced, and goal-oriented.
• Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and LinkedIn.
• Background in sales or bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
