FIFTEEN WEST in Miami, FL is hiring a Recruiter / Delivery Consultant to manage candidate delivery for high-growth AI and technology clients across the US. The role offers a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 with uncapped earning potential and hybrid work requiring three days in the office.

You will source and qualify candidates, work with BD colleagues on accounts, and build relationships across major US tech hubs. 20 days of paid vacation and a performance-led culture are highlighted.

The Recruiter / Delivery Consultant will manage candidate delivery for high-growth AI and technology clients across the US.

You Will Need
