MOHR Talent is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Miami team. You will source, screen, and schedule candidates, while supporting recruiters and learning full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

You'll build pipelines, manage candidate records in Bullhorn ATS, and grow professionally through comprehensive training and mentorship. This full-time role offers competitive compensation with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable learning new recruiting tools and technology.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens and assess qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Bullhorn ATS.
• Support recruiters throughout the recruiting process while learning full-cycle recruiting.
• Follow up with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
