Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8–15 years of building-related structural engineering experience.
• Licensed PE or SE preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in structural software and BIM (Revit).
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural solutions from concept through construction.
• Produce construction documents with Revit.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and participate in meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold technical standards.
• Support RFPs and business development.
