Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8-15 years of building related structural engineering experience including design of concrete, masonry, steel and wood/timber; gravity and lateral systems.
• Licensed PE; SE license preferred.
• Experience leading teams of engineers on projects.
• Proficient with BIM workflows using Revit and current structural software.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC initiatives and continuously improve QC processes and standards across the Structural Engineering practice.
• Design and oversee structural systems from schematic design through construction administration.
• Mentor engineers, QC reviewers, and technical leaders to strengthen review processes.
• Produce construction documents using Revit and review shop drawings/ RFIs.
• Coordinate with regional and national engineering leaders to standardize quality practices.
• Support business development via RFPs, interviews, and industry engagement.
