Invitation Homes is seeking a National Program Coordinator - Operations Support to coordinate national programs that support property management operations across a large portfolio of single-family rental homes. The role is full-time and hybrid in-office, with focus on optimization, analysis, and program execution.
You will develop processes, support program managers, analyze data in Excel, and participate in reviews to ensure best practices and cost efficiencies across markets.
The National Program Coordinator - Operations Support is a full-time hybrid in-office role responsible for coordinating national program(s) that supports the company's property management operations. Program coordination includes execution, optimization and analysis of a program's operations designed to support a large portfolio of single-family rental properties. Examples of programs include but are not limited to (a) National Internet and Media, (b) Maintenance Recoveries, (c) Recurring Pool Services, (d) Smart Home, etc.
This position will involve long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, and communicate. The salary range for this position is: $20.19 - $35.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
