Guardian Fire Services seeks a National Purchasing Manager to lead procurement across a growing network of fire protection companies. You will develop company-wide purchasing strategies, standardize products, negotiate contracts, and build vendor relationships to secure timely, high-quality supplies at best value.

The role requires strong analytics, mult-site coordination, and the ability to align procurement with Operations, Finance, and Branch Leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent procurement experience.
• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and pricing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and purchasing systems; construction or industrial service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement company-wide purchasing strategies and standards.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, rebates, and supplier agreements.
• Build and manage relationships with national, regional, and local vendors.
• Standardize products and vendors where appropriate while supporting branch operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing trends to reduce costs and improve availability.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Branch Leaders to forecast material requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance for quality, delivery, service, and cost.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and purchasing efficiencies.
• Support acquisition integrations by aligning new companies with Guardian purchasing programs.
• Maintain purchasing policies, vendor records, and procurement reporting.
