Liberty Home Guard is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations, drive cost efficiency, and strengthen supplier performance across our national network. You will oversee daily operations, analytics, vendor management, BRDs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve claim costs and service quality.

You will shape procurement strategy, negotiate favorable terms, and mentor the team to deliver measurable results aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the Procurement Department aligned with company goals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to strengthen supplier partnerships.
• Oversee supplier research, onboarding, maintenance, and performance reviews.
• Design and execute procurement strategies within budget and service quality standards.
• Present data-driven insights to leadership for cost optimization.
• Lead BRD creation and testing for system enhancements and processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, delegating tasks and monitoring workflows.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and diversification within the supplier network.
• Mentor and coach team members, driving accountability and collaboration.
• Work with Learning & Development to train staff on processes.
• Collaborate with HVAC Division to optimize sourcing and reduce claim costs.
• Serve as primary contact for technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and claim progression.
• Address escalated issues with strategic solutions.
• Develop departmental KPIs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
