Job summary

Loenbro seeks a seasoned Preconstruction Manager to lead national account development and multi-regional pursuits across our service lines. Reporting to the Executive Sales Director, you will coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and Preconstruction teams to drive win strategies, pricing options, and long-term client partnerships.

This role requires extensive field experience in construction, strong communication with senior decision-makers, and willingness to travel nationwide to meet

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, preconstruction management, or project sales in industrial/construction sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-location client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, bid development, and preconstruction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead national accounts and multi-regional pursuits across service lines.
• Coordinate with regional and preconstruction teams to drive win strategies and pricing.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes and client presentations to meet company standards.
• Align regional execution with national account strategy and growth targets.
• Develop strategic pricing and value engineering options for projects.
• Maintain comprehensive account plans and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce.
