Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.
• Clinical & industry expertise in oncology hematology treatment and nursing practice.
• Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution using data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive Portfolio Education Strategy & Execution across oncology portfolios.
• Lead creation of portfolio nurse education strategy to support disease and therapy management.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities without direct authority.
• Optimize field operations with tools, processes, systems, and training.
• Represent ONE in cross-functional planning; secure resources and support.
• Identify field needs and rapidly mobilize resources to address them.
• Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and translate insights into actions.
• Own complex cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation.
