AbbVie National Manager, Oncology Nurse Educator Field Strategy & Execution seeks a strategic leader to drive portfolio nursing education across hematology franchises in the US. This full-time role translates brand priorities into field plans and ensures the ONE organization has the tools, training, and processes for high performance.

Travel up to 30%–50% is required. The candidate should have a BS in nursing/health sciences and 5+ years in pharma/oncology with leadership experience in field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into clear ONE field priorities, plans, milestones, and execution requirements across three franchises.
• Support National Director in creation of portfolio above brand nursing strategy and tactics to support education of disease and therapy management.
• Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority; navigate competing priorities with judgment and credibility.
• Partner with Field Operations to ensure ONE has effective tools, processes, systems, reporting, training, and infrastructure to execute efficiently and compliantly.
• Represent the voice and needs of the ONE organization in cross-functional planning; build compelling business cases for resources and support.
• Identify field needs, barriers, and opportunities and mobilize resources to address them.
• Use field data and insights to identify opportunities and translate into actionable recommendations.
