Job summary

Meriton seeks an experienced Recruiter for National Platforms to own full-cycle recruiting for parts, rental, and service technician roles across multiple markets. You will partner with platform leaders and managers to develop strategies that meet demand and maintain a strong candidate flow.

You will build talent pipelines, manage a diverse requisition portfolio, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, adapting messaging for each market and role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multi-location or national organizations.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines through sourcing, industry networks, referrals, and research.
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of requisitions with tailored sourcing criteria and candidate messaging.
• Strong organizational, communication, and hiring-manager partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for Meriton’s national platform businesses across various locations and roles.
• Develops targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using networks, referrals, job boards, and outreach.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates; coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
• Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience and smoothly hand off new hires to onboarding.
