Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Consulting Partner Technical Manager to lead national channel programs, shaping growth with strategic alignment across Sales, Systems Engineering and Channel teams. This senior role represents Everpure to strategic partners, enabling them with market leadership and technical enablement throughout the sales cycle.

You will mentor partner technical managers, drive training, define business plans, and maintain knowledge of storage architectures, AI, and networking.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years minimum experience in sales/channels of enterprise storage, networking or systems solutions.
• Proven cross-functional communication to drive consensus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interact with partner executives and sales management.
• Align go-to-market strategy with partners and manage long-term relationships.
• Lead channel marketing activities, roadshows and webinars.
• Mentor new partner technical managers.
• Conduct regular sales training with partner teams.
• Assist with pipeline, qualification, and closing through ISO and Channel.
• Develop business plans and review quarterly.
• Maintain knowledge of Everpure’s competitive positioning.
• Coordinate partner training with field and corporate resources.
• Provide ad-hoc support for evaluations and post-sales issues.
• Present at national and regional channel events.
• Collaborate with Channel SEs, PTMs and PAMs.
