Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and proven sales leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; experience in retail or store management is valued.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Retail or store-management experience with track record of sales leadership.
• Experience in training and leadership development.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects across locations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on newly promoted sales manager training and certification at stores of excellence.
• Assist in training duties for new store openings virtually and in person.
• Provide Recovery training for managers facing leadership challenges.
• Collaborate to create prototypes and seek feedback from product owners and stakeholders.
• Measure learning outcomes and analyze KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Track performance pre/post training and adjust curricula to improve results.
• Deliver onboarding, Train the Trainer and leadership development programs.
• Audit training delivery with onsite visits and improve customer service.
• Manage LMS administration and generate learning activity reports.
• Promote learning culture and market programs internally.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, attendance verification, surveys, and planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with vision and priorities.
